Idris Alex Emeka, a student of Capital Government Day Yola Secondary School, Adamawa State, has been arrested for raping a mad woman three times.
The student pleaded guilty at the Chief Magistrate Court 2, Yola, where he was charged with rape.
Magistrate Musa Alhaji Adamu, the presiding judge, remanded the suspect into custody after he pleaded guilty to an offense contrary to Section 260 of the Penal Code.
According to the prosecutor, the horny student was caught having sex with the mentally ill woman on June 26, 2024.
In the first information report filed in court, the prosecution said the suspect had sexual intercourse with the mentally challenged woman three times. While being arraigned on behalf of the state police command, the complainant, Inspector Galeon Nimrod, informed the court that one Habu Jibrilla had come to Karewa Police Station and reported the matter.
Inspector Galeon said Jibrilla of State Low-cost said she caught the suspect having sex with her victim on the street at 6.40am and handed him over to the police.
