In the wake of the recent abductions of school children in some state in the northern party of Nigeria, the federal government said it has put all necessary facilities in place to protect all Nigerians, particularly the school environment.
This submission was made by the honorable Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, when he was fielding questions from journalist after a closed door meeting with the president at the villa, in the nation’s capital Abuja, on Monday.
The minister who led the Federal Government delegation to Zamfara State on Sunday, said the abduction of more than 300 girls from Government Girls’ Science Secondary School, Jangebe, Zamfara State, would be the last of such incidents in the country.
He said the government is aware of the possibility of attempts to embarrass the Buhari lead administration by some element with the rising incident of school abductions.
He said the government will do all within it power as enshrined in the constitution to bring to an end the dastardly acts.
